Terms and Conditions of the "Rate Our Products and Win Vodafone Cash" Competition

Basic Terms and Conditions:

The competition starts on Sunday, March 10, 2024, and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

- Participants enter the competition by evaluating a product from Olympic Electric products. To evaluate Olympic Electric products, the participant visits the website https://olympic-electric.com and rates the product they choose from 1 to 5 stars, along with providing their opinion on the product and entering their details in the evaluation form (name and email).
- A random draw is conducted at the end of each month (on the last day of each month during the competition period, day 30 or 31).
- One winner is announced for Olympic Electric evaluations - each month - the announcement is made on the 5th of each month.
- Each winner earns a Vodafone Cash transfer worth 2000 Egyptian pounds.
- Winners for Olympic Electric evaluations are announced on the official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/OlympicElectricEG - on the 5th of each month during the competition period.
- The same participant cannot win more than once within 6 months.
- The same participant cannot win in both Zanussi and Olympic Electric evaluations in the same month.
- If the same phone number registered for Vodafone Cash is sent by more than one winner within 6 months, the prize will be canceled because it contradicts the mentioned conditions above.
- Winners will be contacted via email to request the phone number registered with a Vodafone Cash or Instagram account, and the winner must send their number within a maximum of two weeks from the announcement date of the winners, otherwise their right to the prize will be forfeited.
- Vodafone Cash or InstPay transfers will be sent to the number provided by the winner within one month from the date the winner sends their number to us.
- The withdrawal process of the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on the Vodafone website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/
- If the customer provides an incorrect phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer that has been made, and their right to the prize will be forfeited.
- The participant must have a Vodafone number and be subscribed to Vodafone Cash service or have a mobile number registered on InstaPay.
- Transfers cannot be sent to any other electronic wallets other than Vodafone Cash, but transfers can be made through InstaPay.

- In case of cheating to increase the number of entries through human intervention or computer software, their result will be canceled, and their name will be removed from the competition and any future competitions for Electrolux Egypt, Olympic Electric or Zanussi.
- The participant's Facebook profile settings must be public and not private.
- The results, number of entries, and information provided by the participants, as well as the names of the participants, are confidential information that is not disclosed or revealed to any party or participant outside Electrolux Egypt, Zanussi Egypt, or Olympic Electric, except for the names of the winners only, or in the event of a court order from an official authority in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Electrolux Egypt, Zanussi, and Olympic Electric reserve all rights to delete any participant or cancel their result without announcement if any violation is discovered or if they fail to comply with any or all of the competition rules or fail to demonstrate good faith in dealing with the competition rules and the rules of conduct on the social media platform Facebook.

Conditions Required for the Participant to be Eligible to Enter and Participate in the Competition:

- The participant must be of Egyptian nationality or have legal residency in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The participant must not have any legal or judicial convictions in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- The participant must have a Vodafone number and be subscribed to the Vodafone Cash service or have an InstaPay account.
- The participant must not be an employee of Electrolux Egypt or work in any of its offices or subsidiaries.
- The participant must not have any direct or indirect relationship with any employees of Electrolux Egypt, Olympic, Zanussi products, Olympic Electric, Ideal Zanussi, Home Zone stores, Zanussi agents, Zanussi partners, or Electrolux Egypt.
- The participant must not be involved in the development of the competition, nor be part of the competition development or execution team, directly or indirectly.
- The participant must not be closely related to any employee of Electrolux Egypt, its partners, subsidiaries, or the team responsible for managing and executing the competition, up to the second degree of relationship.
- The participant must be at least 16 years old.
- The participant must not have any direct or indirect relationship, up to the first or second degree of kinship, with any other participants. Any participant with a first or second degree of kinship is not allowed to participate in the same competition. If participation occurs, only one result will be counted for the highest-ranking participants who are related to each other.
- The participant is not allowed to participate under another participant's name, and in the event of winning, they are not allowed to waive their prize or give their winnings to another participant. If this happens, their result will be canceled, and another winner will be announced.
- The participant cannot participate in the competition unless they are following the official page of Olympic Electric in case of winning in Olympic Electric evaluations https://www.facebook.com/OlympicElectricEG
- This competition is within the geographical boundaries of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and entries from outside Egypt are not allowed.

Conditions Required for the Participant's Entry to be Validly Counted:

To count the entry in the competition as valid, the participant must follow the following conditions:
- Access the Olympic Electric website for Olympic Electric evaluations https://olympic-electric.com/
- Register the evaluation with personal information (name and email) on the website.

The participant must fulfill all the conditions specific to the participants mentioned in section three.
The participant must follow all the terms and conditions mentioned in section one.

How Participants' Entries, Information, and Data Will be Used:

The private information provided by participants, their method of participation, and the number of their entries will not be used in any way other than as mentioned in the above sections. The participant implicitly agrees to the following terms for using the information and data registered in the competition by Electrolux Egypt:
The participant authorizes and allows Electrolux Egypt the right to use all the information provided and recorded in the participant's name, their method of participation, and the number of entries they made, with no return or cancellation rights in using this information inside and outside Egypt for the following purposes: (1) Data analysis for marketing purposes (2) Use of the participant's data for marketing and market analysis purposes in this competition and other competitions sponsored by Electrolux Egypt and its partners and subsidiaries (3) Use of the names of winning participants in visual, audio, and electronic media during and after the competition to promote and advertise the competition and its results, and the participant will not receive any financial or moral returns for this.
The participant agrees to sign any official documents if requested by the company to grant the company the rights to use the participant's information as stated above.

- It is understood that the names, images, and videos of participants will be used and published on the company's official website or on its social media pages in all their forms affiliated with the company. Additionally, your data will be added to the company's database for use in sending offers and marketing messages to you in the future.
- If the participant does not agree to the terms and rules outlined on how their information will be used, please refrain from participating in the competition.

Competition Prizes:

- 2000 Egyptian pounds Vodafone Cash for one winner in Olympic Electric evaluations every month (until the end of December 2024).
- Winners will be selected based on a random draw conducted at the end of each month (on the last day of each month during the competition period, day 30 or 31).
- Winners will be announced on the 5th of each month - for clarification: the draw will take place on March 31, 2024, and the winners will be announced on April 5th.
- Winners will be contacted via email - within a maximum of one week from the date of announcing the winners - to request the phone number registered with a Vodafone Cash account or Instagram, and the winner must send their number within two weeks from the date of announcing the winners, otherwise their right to the prize will be forfeited.
- Vodafone Cash or InstaPay transfers will be sent to the number provided by the winner within one month of the winner sending their number to us.
- The process of withdrawing the amount from the Vodafone Cash wallet is subject to the fees and details announced on the Vodafone website http://internet.vodafone.com.eg/digital/cash-guide/
- If the customer sends the wrong phone number, we will not be able to cancel the transfer made, and their right to the prize will be forfeited.
- The same participant cannot win more than once within 6 months.
- The same participant cannot win in Zanussi evaluations and Olympic Electric evaluations in the same month.
- If the same Vodafone Cash registered phone number is sent by more than one winner within 6 months, the prize will be canceled because it conflicts with the aforementioned conditions.

If it is impossible to contact the winning participant or if they have provided incorrect information, Electrolux Egypt will delete the result of this participant and cancel the prize. In case the announced prize is unavailable for any reason beyond the company's control at the time of awarding the prizes, the company reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value.

If you are one of the winners, the participant agrees to the following:
- The participant is not entitled to exchange the prize for cash value, and they are not entitled to waive or gift the prize to another participant or person, nor are they entitled to return or exchange the prize after receiving it.
- The participant must provide a national ID card and any official documents requested by the company to prove their identity upon receipt.
- The winners will be announced in Olympic Electric evaluations on the official Facebook page of Olympic Electric according to the dates mentioned in the above basic terms and conditions.
